Implementation of the school nutrition reform strategy using the Factory-kitchen technological model in the Zhytomyr territorial community.

This project will be implemented according to the model of the already successfully implemented project in the Buchansk city territorial community, which was presented in 2022 and successfully implemented, in addition, the project is part of the school nutrition reform initiated by the first lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and started at the end of 2022.
The main goal of the Project is a comprehensive solution to the organization of school meals using the Factory-kitchen technological model, the production of food products to ensure the nutrition of students of the Zhytomyr urban territorial community.

The main results of the implementation of the Program will be:

Ability to provide daily food for more than 30,000 people;
Increasing efficiency and economy in providing food for educational institutions in the territory of the Zhytomyr urban territorial community;
The availability of resources to provide food for IDPs and vulnerable population groups in the entire territory of the Zhytomyr urban territorial community;
The possibility of providing food during air alarms;
Creation of 82 new jobs;

The project envisages the construction of the Kitchen Factory building with an area of more than 2,000 square meters, with a set of measures for engineering support, transport infrastructure and improvement of the surrounding area.

At this stage, a plot of land with a total area of 1 hectare is being formed.
