Due to the war in Ukraine, which is a consequence of Russia’s unjustified and unprovoked aggression, the need for physiotherapy and medical and psychological assistance for military personnel returning to civilian life has increased significantly in Ukrainian cities.
Unfortunately, the issue of post-war rehabilitation will be relevant for Ukraine for decades to come. Given the large number of military personnel in the region, the city of Zhytomyr is interested in building a modern rehabilitation center (4 floors with a total area of 3200 m2) for 200 inpatient beds and 120 outpatients per day on the basis of the municipal enterprise “Pavlusenko Hospital #2” of the Zhytomyr City Council.
This Center will be able to provide assistance to 5000 people a year.
