We wish to sincerely thank a number of people who were involved in the creation of the Plan of local economic development of Zhytomyr city amalgamated community, namely Vadym Liski – Advisor to the Mayor on the issues of local economic development, (LLC Zhytomyr Cardboard Factory), members of the working group Viktor Ilinskyi (LLC Infopulse-Ukraine), Serhii Melnychenko (LLC EXPRESS FOOD SERVICE), Kateryna Litvinchuk (LLC Greif Flexibles Ukraine), Natalia Tarasenko (NGO Parytet), Mykola Perelyhyn (Zhytomyr Centre for Career and Technical Education), Yulia Bohoiavlenska (State University Zhytomyr Polytechnic).

For reference: The initiative if aimed at supporting mayors and municipalities of the Eastern Partnership countries and encouraging them to become active drivers of local economic growth and creation of jobs.

The Initiative Mayors for Economic Growth is intended to create an extensive regional professional community that will require some involvement of the members of the Initiative. At the same time, it will provide opportunities for its members to have significant support from experts and colleagues from other municipalities, to help disseminate success stories, and other significant economic and political and reputational benefits.
