EXPORT SCHOOL – Module 2

On July 29, the second EXPORT SCHOOL Module for small and medium-sized enterprises was held

How to research the market and adapt the product to export?

After the training, the companies will:

  • get an understanding of what needs to be researched in the chosen country, and how and where to look for information;
  • know how to identify competitors, what needs to be analyzed, and will do part of the competitor analysis;
  • understand what sales channels are available in the selected country and choose potential channels for their companies;
  • receive useful links for market analysis, tariff and non-tariff restrictions, and requirements, and will be able to study this issue on their own at a basic level;
  • determine whether their product needs to be modified for the selected market and what particularly needs to be adapted.
